Returns Policy
If you’re not happy with your recent purchase, by all means send it back! Returns must be sent within 60 days from the day you got your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately we won’t be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. After we get your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
If you are in the European Union & UK, we will refund any return shipping cost incurred.
For the rest of the world, we will refund you what you paid for your order; however, return shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
- Personalised jewellry or engraved goods.
- Unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media.
- Perfume or Cologne that has been opened/packaging removed.
- Earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We ship from Downpatrick, Co. Down, N. Ireland.
FREE HOME DELIVERY WITHIN 5 MILES
Shipping is £4 to the UK and £10 to Ireland & EU. Normal delivery times are between 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders over £50 have Free delivery to UK, and EU Countries. Orders to USA/Canada/Rest of the World are £11 and those over £100 have free Delivery.
